Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

For hygiene reasons, personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Polisi Pemulangan & Bayaran Balik

Kami berharap anda berpuas hati dengan pembelian anda. Namun, sekiranya terdapat sebarang isu, sila rujuk polisi di bawah.

Pemulangan diterima dalam tempoh 7 hari selepas barang diterima, dengan syarat:

  • Produk tidak digunakan atau dipakai

  • Masih dalam keadaan asal serta pembungkusan lengkap

Atas faktor kebersihan, produk penjagaan diri tidak boleh dipulangkan atau dibayar balik, kecuali jika produk rosak atau salah dihantar.

Bayaran balik (jika diluluskan) akan diproses ke kaedah pembayaran asal dalam tempoh 7–10 hari bekerja selepas pemeriksaan.

Caj penghantaran tidak akan dikembalikan kecuali kesilapan berpunca daripada pihak kami.
